GE Aerospace Invests $55 Million to Upgrade Huntsville Manufacturing Facility 

GE Aerospace is investing $55 million to modernize and expand its Huntsville manufacturing site, including new production equipment and building upgrades aimed at increasing capacity while maintaining quality standards. The facility produces advanced ceramic matrix composites used in aerospace and defense applications. The investment is part of GE’s broader $1 billion U.S. manufacturing initiative, with Alabama receiving $100 million across multiple sites.
