Join the Tuscaloosa County America 250 Committee on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Synergic Center in Northport for a special Liberty Tree Dedication and Semiquincentennial Celebration.

This meaningful event will honor the enduring ideals of liberty, civic service, and community that have shaped our nation since 1776. Guests will enjoy a Presentation of Colors, remarks from local elected officials and community leaders, recognition of the newly dedicated Liberty Tree, and participation from local civic, historical, educational, patriotic, and community organizations.

The ceremony will bring together residents, veterans, students, and community organizations to reflect on our shared history and look ahead to America’s next chapter. Refreshments will be available during the event as attendees gather to celebrate this historic milestone.
