The Synergic Center is pleased to partner with West AlabamaWorks!, one of the premier workforce development agencies in the state, to provide advanced training opportunities for our region. This partnership includes the IGNITE Student Jobs Portal which connects students ages 14-18 with employment opportunities as well as Building Hope, a justice-involved portal. A new stem portal focused on knowledge-based opportunities is expected to launch in 2025. Another push to create new opportunities while leveraging existing assets.
